Vintage 1980's off the shoulder dark floral dress. The flowers in this dress appear "painted" or brush strokes in vivid colors set against an inly black backdrop. Cotton/Rayon Blend. No labels/tags inside. Lined. This dress looks like a 2 piece set because of the piping/trim at the shoulder and hem of the "top" or bodice. The skirt is lined with a layer of black tulle to add some movement and slight volume. Fabric rosette detail at the front and center of the bodice.
