Vintage 1980's White Cotton Floral Print Dress from Victor Costa for Saks Fifth Avenue. Made in the USA. This dress represents the boldness of the 1980's in both color and volume. The white cotton is a striking back group to the primary, saturated floral colors of Pink, red, yellow, purple and green leaves. The silhouette is a "fit and flare style" with the essence of the 1950's influence but with the dropped waist silhouette. The skirt has a layer of white crinoline underneath.
