Vintage 1980’s Victor Costa Mini Dress. This gorgeous brocade bodice atop a Vintage fuchsia colored skirt is party perfect. The palsy print bodice is metallic gold, dark olive green, fuchsia pink, with a hint of teal by the ornate buttons. The print is luxurious, with lovely bicone cut buttons in fuchsia surrounded by clear rhinestones. The buttons are ornamental and the dress opens/closes from the back zipper. The straps have been altered inside (see image) and one covers some of the label. The skirt is a heavy polyester.
