1950’s Rainbow Striped and Velvet Skirt

Vintage 1950’s rainbow stripe taffeta skirt. The waist and and hem are trimmed in black velvet. Side zipper and hook/eye closure. The stripes line up at center skirt and are in the primary colors of cobalt blue, aquamarine, mustard yellow, red, black and white. The skirt is A line and not a full circle.
