Vintage late 60’s / Early 70’s red floral chiffon dress. This red floral has unique and ethereal split poet sleeves. They are sheer chiffon and split underneath the arm to increase their flowing effect. The dress has a triple hook/eye closure and can be worn high or folded over. The chiffon is covering an acetate liner. No designer or manufacturer tags. 

note: the sleeves look attached by hand. There are two spots where there are nips in tbe chiffon (see images). Condition reflected in price.
